At UNICEF Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase while supporting our global mission for children. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
